Water of Gratitude

For the past week, the water supply from our village pump house has also been reaching the other part of the village — an area located far from the pump house, where women previously had to walk long distances in difficult conditions to fetch water.

This important project was successfully completed through the generous support of two kind-hearted benefactors. All the equipment and technical material required for the project were generously provided by Mr. Hanif Sheikh of Lasani Traders, a well-known businessman of Okara and Vice President of the Okara Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He extended this support as a Sadaqah Jariyah in loving memory and honor of his respected mother.

All remaining expenses of the project were graciously borne by Mrs. Tehmina Javed for the Isal-e-Sawab of her beloved parents.

Thanks to this initiative, needy residents no longer have to travel long distances in the scorching summer heat to obtain water. Without the support of these generous personalities, it would not have been possible to complete this project so quickly.

On behalf of the village welfare organization Anjuman Falah-e-Aama, we express our heartfelt gratitude to these noble individuals. We pray that Almighty Allah blesses them abundantly and rewards them for their kindness and compassion.
